Privacy for wage calculations and reports
Hours, wages and tips stay local
The pay worksheets calculate in your browser. Their code does not transmit entered hourly rates, hours, shifts, retained tips or prepared future amounts to our server. No account is required, and these worksheets do not save your calculation inputs in browser storage. Reloading a page ordinarily resets the form. This calculation design is separate from ordinary requests needed to load the page, scripts, styles and images.
First-party usage events
The website sends limited usage events to its first-party endpoint: a page view, calculator interaction, completed result, state-page navigation, source-link click or deep scroll. The events table can record time, site, pathname, event type, a bounded label, a random page-view identifier, referring host, broad device class, country and classified acquisition source. A country is a coarse network-derived category rather than your entered address. The event row does not store the calculator's wage or tip values, full referring URL, IP address or user-agent string. When an event arrives, the worker glances once at the software name your browser announces: a name matching a known crawler, uptime monitor, speed tester or scripted browser (Lighthouse, Playwright or curl, for instance) gets the event dropped with no row written, and that name is never saved either way. Separately, a page opened in a remotely driven browser (one that sets navigator.webdriver) skips sending events altogether.
The page-view identifier is not a persistent cookie or a stored cross-visit profile. Query strings are removed from recorded paths because a URL could contain a person's own scenario. Hosting and network providers receive normal requests when delivering the site and may process operational or security information under their own policies. Those provider requests are distinct from this application's event rows.
Corrections are deliberate submissions
The amendment slip on the corrections page files the note you write, the amendment type you pick, the page path the slip names, the filing time, the site and, only if you add one, a follow-up email, in a corrections table kept apart from usage events. An email is not required and is not used by this form for advertising subscriptions. Please use hypothetical examples and omit identifying payroll records. The handler validates the message and page and does not add IP or user-agent fields to the correction record. The browser retains unsent text when a submission fails so you can retry.
Outside links and advertising
Clicking an agency or statute link requests another organization's site. That authority has its own network logging and privacy rules. Our source-click event uses a destination host label and does not attach your worksheet values. Advertising is disabled in this release; an advertising partner loader is not included. Future changes to serving or tracking require the policy to describe the behavior actually introduced. See terms for the limits of the estimates and about for the publisher's identity.
